Bryan is an Intern Architect AIBC at Human Studio Architecture and Urban Design. Prior to that he was with Urban West Architecture. Prior to completing his Master of Architecture in the University of Manitoba, Bryan worked as a technologist at Chris Dikeakos Architects and B+H Architects in Vancouver.
Design and end-user oriented with an emphasis on social infrastructure and the relationship between human nature and our symbiotic relationship with the world, Bryan bridges meticulous execution with a sensorial understanding of spatial feeling working with material and construction capacities. He has played an integral role in the development of numerous BC based projects including: Carrall Street Micro Rental Apartments, 601 W.Hastings Office Tower, Camosun College Interurban Campus Renewal, and a variety of mixed-use residential developments across scale.
Familiar with all phases of building design, documentation, approval process and construction, Bryan’s core fascination lies with the combination of material potential, construction methods, building science principles, human wellbeing, urbanism, and sustainable practices in place making. Bryan brings his sense of spatial beauty with optimized utility to his work with Human Studio.
