Over the last 15 years, Hayley’s work has centered on residential and community-focused spaces. She has worked on public- and private-sector projects at all scales and phases of design and construction, from the planning and approvals phase through to contract administration. Hayley understands the interests of long-term owners, is committed to design that prioritizes livability, and excels at navigating the needs and sometimes conflicting interests of multiple stakeholders. With an aptitude for meeting the design and coordination challenges of complex projects and difficult urban sites, Hayley brings a sensitivity to the physical and social context of each project.
